• Services may only be contracted by customers over the age of 18.
  • The start of a request for service over the website and by buying an entry ticket entails acceptance of the visit conditions and characteristics.
  • Once the ticket price has been paid, you will receive an email with the tickets and the information required to present for the visit. You will then be responsible for printing or displaying the ticket via digital media and following the instructions received from Bodegas Tradición CZ.
  • Tickets will only be refundable up to 24 hours before the scheduled visit time. You hereby accept and acknowledge that ticket sales are expressly excluded from the right of withdrawal provided for in European directives and applicable consumer protection regulations.
  • The form of return will be as indicated on the website or by contacting us at the dedicated email for this purpose
  • The company may cancel the visit for technical or force majeure reasons, in which case it will offer customers their money back or the chance to change the visit to another day under the same conditions. In this case, the choice of option will be the customer’s decision.
  • Once the visit has begun, late customers may not join the group unless the person responsible for running the tour makes a discretionary decision.
  • The guide may request the expulsion of any customer from the group who does not behave in a respectful manner, or is an inconvenience to the rest of the group.
  • Bodegas TRADICIÓN CZ offers the possibility of purchasing the time space available as a block, at the price offered on the website, in order to offer a VIP tour for a person or group so you do not have to share it with anyone outside of the company.
