This is a unique sherry. Delicate and elegant on the nose and structured and potent on the palate. It comes from a very special selection of wines. The result of a whim of nature and which, after a lengthy ageing process in American oak barrels with gran solera, gives rise to this exclusive and limited wine.

Palo Cortado is an oenological rarity that blends a delicate and elegant nose with a great deal of body and structure on the palate. Made from a single variety of Palomino grape, it is a very exclusive wine.



Goes well with Spanish goods like ham or pork loin and fried almonds. Second-to-none when combined with mojama or maruca (dried salted tuna) or smoked fish like cod. Fresh and semi-cooked foie gras, oysters, sea urchin, salmon sashimi and sushi made from delicate fish like amberjack or butterfish go extremely well with Palo Cortado.
